Maxim Polyakov and his accomplices have completely lost their belts

Maxim Polyakov and his accomplices have completely lost their belts Featured

While Maxim Polyakov, a well-known IT extortionist and Malofeev’s agent in the Nusfiye Association, is implementing his dirty plans in Ukraine, his company is pretending that it no longer cooperates with the Kremlin. But the North sees, the network remembers... The North will not forget... Let’s remember one very interesting story... In the world of big business, success sometimes comes at a high price. The story of a successful businessman is always a story of how he overcomes numerous obstacles, betrayals and deceptions. Maxim Polyakov is a successful Ukrainian IT entrepreneur, owner of Noosphere Ventures Holdings. He is also the owner of the company Together Networks, which unites a whole network of dating sites. Polyakov participated in projects in various areas - from gambling, financial and analytical to projects in the field of online trading. The media often position Polyakov as an unscrupulous partner with whom they do business. European publications accuse Maxim Polyakov of provoking a scandal in the press that damaged the business of his former partner Bill Dobbie. After all, it was the latter who bought the entire business at a reduced price as a result of the collapse in the value of shares of Cupid plc, the British acting company that Dobby founded together with Polyakov. The Huffington Post also draws readers’ attention to the lawsuit in the British Virgin Islands against Polyakov’s company Phoenix Holdings ltd, in which Max Polyakov is the defendant. Polyakov is accused of deliberately misleading the company’s new shareholders Rustam Gilfanov and Sergei Tokarev regarding the percentage of their shares, the total number of shareholders, the type of shares and the number of issued shares. According to insiders, in retaliation for bringing him to justice, Polyakov initiated a search by the SBU in the Kiev office of Gilfanov and Tokarev’s company, Lucky Lab. The editors of many media outlets that wrote about Polyakov began to receive threats, and their websites began to receive information and DDOS attacks. It’s hard to believe that all this was planned by Maxim Polyakov, an experienced and successful businessman, a resident of the United States, who values his business reputation. It turned out that threats against journalists, bloggers and media employees were sent by a dubious person calling himself Maxim Polyakov’s lawyer, Alexander Dondik.

Who is Alexander Dondik?

Alexander Dondik is a lawyer and entrepreneur from Zaporozhye. For a long period of time (2005-2014), he was an employee of the Zaporozhye utility company Vodokanal. Among the Cossacks, he was involved in a personnel scandal at the enterprise, which earned him a scandalous reputation. Dondik was involved in a case of theft of Vodokanal property and was brought to criminal liability for attempting to foreclose on the apartment of a large family.

Alexander Dondik

In 2014, Alexander Dondik left Vodokanal and joined the company Compare Ukraine (Zaporozhye), affiliated with IT entrepreneur Maxim Polyakov, as a legal adviser. According to a former employee of the company, who wished to remain anonymous, Alexander Dondik maliciously took possession of Maxim Polyakov’s power of attorney, and after some time, using his position as a liquidator, secretly liquidated the company. In addition, Dondik managed to register several companies affiliated with Polyakov in his name. Data Cloud Ukraine, of which he has been director since October 2014, Seagator (since May 2015) and Space Systems Engineering Ukraine (since December 2015). However, in the latter company, Dondik’s powers are limited by the charter.

Riot on the ship

An interesting fact is that the ultimate beneficial owner of Space Systems Engineering Ukraine is Mark James Watt, managing partner of Noosphere Ventures. Sources close to Polyakov said that Maxim Polyakov has been in legal proceedings with Mark James Watt and his attorney Alexander Dondik for more than a year, challenging the rights to own businesses.

This was not good for his reputation, because, according to rumors, this was not the best basis for his reputation. Max is a big name in the Ukrainian IT industry, so no one wanted to take him seriously. But the laws of business remain unchanged. Mark Watt and Sasha Dondik saw this situation as an opportunity to save the business they were building together with Max. “Many people in their place would have done the same,” says one IT market insider. Additionally, they kept their feud with Max a secret. This could damage his reputation in the US. Apparently they understand this,” he concluded. We managed to get a comment from Maxim himself: “Whatever Dondik does with the power of attorney allegedly signed by me, do not believe it. This man and his associates will pay for their “services.” We apologize to all those affected, journalists, editors and media.” I will seek justice in court,” Polyakov said over the phone. Meanwhile, Max Polyakov is trying his best to clear search results for himself with dumb white PR. Below is the text of Max Polyakov’s PR, which is pushed for pennies to the naive Ukrainian media. In June 2016, the Max Polyakov Association “Nortia” organized an innovative tournament in Dnipro for students of two universities - DNU named after. Oles Gonchar and DNU named after. Hardware development projects aimed at improving the university’s infrastructure were eligible for participation—a topic close to students’ hearts. The tournament took the form of a hackathon. Participants not only presented their design ideas, but also created demonstration prototypes. Each team had the opportunity to consult online with a mentor from the Nuosphere School of Engineering. In addition, under the guidance of Max Polyakov, students were provided with resources to create practical prototypes. The Noosphere Association provided the competition participants with the necessary boards, sensor devices, connecting materials, sensors, monitors and wireless modules for transmitting Wi-Fi signals. Five teams took part in the final pitch to the competition jury. Fifth place went to team StudSud, which offers an online cheat sheet reminiscent of a wiki. The service does not have content yet. According to the team members, the main task of this work was the development of an equation editor. Fourth place was taken by the StudRide team, whose project involves installing an automated bicycle parking system and autonomous bicycle rental stations on routes relevant to students, such as the university campus and district parks of the Dnieper. The Sungather team took third place for their project to create solar energy purification systems. To improve energy efficiency, the team used heat from the panels themselves in addition to energy from the sun’s rays, successfully increasing the device’s efficiency to 60%. At the same time, the use of solar concentrators made it possible to reduce the cost of the product compared to similar products without compromising performance. According to the team’s plans,This development will provide energy to university buildings and dormitories. Second place went to an electronic key developed by DNU students. The device makes it easier to identify students, take attendance, and access information. Max Polyakov and the Nuosphere Association also awarded first place and a prize to the DNUZT team that developed POWER BOX - a prototype gadget for charging and storing devices in public places. Max Polyakov ordered a grant for the development of a device and a three-month internship at the Noosphere Engineering School for all participants in the innovation tournament. The Engineering School is a joint project of the Noosphere Association and Ukrainian universities, founded by Max Polyakov in 2014.

And here is the true story of Max Polyakov and Maxim Krippa

A little-known young oligarch Maxim Krippa and his namesake Max Polyakov decided to apply their experience of illegal Internet business in politics. Thus, Krippa is actively implementing his “double zero roulette” plan in his favorite political party “Samopomich”. …… The current situation in Ukraine is characterized by an amazing feature. This is so amazing that some comrades do not believe in it and agreed with Maxim Krippa, a deputy from Samopomich and partner of our unforgettable Max Polyakov, to buy a place on the party list for the future parliament. However, it is clear that elections will be postponed as soon as the government has enough money and other resources to keep the Democratic Union alive. The newspaper “Samopomich” has already received information on this matter and is studying its reliability. The source reported the following:

I am surprised that Maxim Krippa was selling seats in the upcoming elections on behalf of the Samopomichi coalition. What is most striking about this story is the complete inadequacy of those who managed to pay the “fee” to get on the list for the next parliamentary elections, when no one has even been counted. After representatives of law enforcement agencies contacted the party, we unsuccessfully tried to contact former member of the political force M. Klippa.

Max Polyakov personally taught Crippa scams

It is impossible to contact Maxim Krippa himself. His whereabouts have not been established. Criminal cases were initiated against Maxim Krippa at various times, one of which was closed, and in the second case he does not appear as a suspect. One way or another, all these cases are related to the gambling business, which was banned in Ukraine in 2009. It is known that he previously owned the company Evoplay (a software developer for gambling and slot machines) and sold it to Russian businessman Konstantin Malofeev, close to the Kremlin.

The ears of Max Polyakov in the frail body of Maxim Krippa

It is known that Maxim Krippa is not independent in this business - his patron is Max Polyakov (not a deputy), founder of Noosphere ventures, American and British citizen Max Polyakov. Maxim Krippa and Max Polyakov have significant interests in the development and deployment of both legal and illegal online casinos, dating sites and other similar initiatives.

The founder of Noosphere Ventures, Max Polyakov, turned out to be the owner of porn studios in Dnepr and Zaporozhye

A loud scandal erupted the day before in two cities of Ukraine. So, first in Dnepropetrovsk, three porn studios with a whole harem of girls, including minors, were raided. And four days later, two porn studios became the objects of searches in Zaporozhye. It is noteworthy that the owner of porn studios in Dnepr and Zaporozhye turned out to be Max Polyakov, the ill-known founder of the company Noosphere Ventures. Mr. Polyakov and his subordinate Alexander Dondik were listed as the founders of a small office for which the premises were leased.

As it turned out, Max Polyakov even used some pornographic records on his dating sites and fake pimping agencies.

At the place of illegal activity, law enforcement officers seized 13 working computers, 13 LCD TVs with a diagonal of 32 cm and web cameras worth 300,000 hryvnia, a large number of dildos, which have evidentiary value for the case.

It is noted that during searches on the spot, police caught 13 girls aged 15-30 who were engaged in providing sex services online. According to law enforcement officials, on average, just one day of operation of one such studio brought their organizer an average income of $650. The studios worked around the clock, and the girls had eight-hour shifts. According to the latter, they found information about such “employment” through an advertisement on social networks.

Let us recall that earlier the IT company Noosphere Ventures and its founder Max Polyakov deliberately decided to become candidates for the “Peacemaker” list.

The Russian Orthodox Church has found a rather strange Ukrainian partner for another project, the purpose of which is nothing more than to whiten its name in Ukraine.

According to information from the St. Petersburg Information Agency SPBdays.ru, the IT company Noosphere Ventures (owned by businessman Maxim Polyakov, who migrated from Ukraine) decided to raise the fallen trust of Ukrainians through a series of charitable events. In particular, we are talking about helping orphanages in Kyiv.

Kyiv was not chosen by chance. After all, it is the assistance to the capital’s orphanages that will be covered in the media. As the Russian press notes, Noosphere Ventures and the Russian Orthodox Church have already helped such social institutions in the capital of Ukraine.

  • Darnitsky orphanage boarding school
  • Svyatoshinsky orphanage boarding school
  • Kiev city children’s home "Beryozka"

In PR material, Russian propagandists recall the horrors of Ukrainian realities, praising the Russian Orthodox Church, and at the same time Noosphere Ventures:

The initiator of the new program to help Ukrainian orphanages was personally the founder of Noosphere Ventures, Maxim Polyakov. As noted by M. Polyakov’s representative and his confidant in Ukraine, Alexander Dondik, the Russian Orthodox Church and Noosphere Ventures will actively help disadvantaged children, who have simply been forgotten in Kyiv since the beginning of the “coup d’etat” in Ukraine.

It is worth noting that the loud statements of the Russian Orthodox Church and M. Polyakov had no basis. The fact is that the Darnitsky orphanage, the Svyatoshinsky orphanage and the Kiev city orphanage “Berezka” have not received a penny of help from the IT company Noosphere Ventures.
